The properties of the SFV-E skylight are the same as those of the SFV skylight, the SFV-E being supplied with an electric operating system, which controls all functions. The electrical circuitry governing the remote control is located in the bottom part of the frame. Built-in rain sensors automatically close the skylight with the onset of the slightest rain, an ideal labour saving device.

The electrical system is designed for easy installation of accessories (e.g. electrically-operated roller blinds), an especially important feature once the skylight is installed. There is also no need for an additional power source for accessories. Each accessory is operated by the same remote device which works the SFV-E skylight. These features, together with the ‘warm’ frame design and installation system guarantee, will satisfy even the most demanding customer. SFV-E skylights are also supplied with an insect screen.

They can be installed above and below or adjacent to each other.
