A fire-resistant scissors ladder LSF providing easy and safe access to the loft while, at the same time, providing a fire block during a fire inside the building. It protects against fire and smoke expansion turning the space into a fire free storey allowing precious time while awaiting the fire brigade.
A scissors system of folding the ladder enables the ladder to be folded to smaller lengths and therefore allows smaller sizes of loft hatch to be achieved.

Specially designed hatch angle and regulation of the opening mechanism allows for easy ladder height adjustment (without cutting ) to the height of the room.
Elegant and modern style of the scissors loft ladder is achieved by the ‘’S’’-shaped frontal of the ladder.
LSF ladder is suitable for rooms with maximum height up to 320 cm. The ladder height enlargement to match the room height can be achieved by installation of an additional tread section.
