• The roller shutter is operated by means of an ergonomic, radio remote control. It can be operated in any position: when window is closed, open in top hung or pivot mode or locked for washing.
• The ARZ Werso roller shutter ensures complete comfort in the attic as it protects against excessive heat gain and allows the level of natural light entering the room to be easily adjusted. It also constitutes an effective barrier against external noise and provides feeling of total privacy.
• The ARZ Werso can be mounted on FT centre pivot windows with our new line of metal cladding elements, PT aluminium-plastic composite windows and FPP preSelect top hung and pivot windows.

The FAKRO Company is proud to introduce a new external roller shutter system: ARZ Werso. We are the first roof window manufacturer in the world to offer a shutter system which enables the slats to be set in two different positions. When protection against the heat or light is required, the roller shutter should be pulled down with the slats set horizontally. In this position, the shutter’s armour protects against the heat and also blocks out the light. If you want the light to enter the room it is not necessary to roll up the shutter up. All you have to do is to rotate the slats through 40° - it works just like a venetian blind!

The WERSO roller shutter is fitted with a low temperature sensor which automatically switches off the blind function if the outside temperature becomes too cold thereby preventing it being damaged when covered with snow or ice.		The roller armour cannot be moved upwards which provides an additional protection against burglary increased security.
