FTH-V high pivot window

The FTH-V window is a completely new product on the global market. Its construction is similar to centre pivot windows but here the axis of rotation is situated above the centre of the window height. Raising the pivot point and a patented hinge support system make it possible to treat the lower part of the sash as a top hung window. Thanks to it, one can easily come up to the edge of the open window. The upper part of the sash is an additional source of daylight. The height of the window, which can be up to 200cm, eliminates the need for vertical combinations and goes well with FAKRO solar panels.

In this design a greater glazed area of the window has been achieved by increasing its length but not width. The narrower window fits standard rafter spacings obviating the need for labour-consuming trimmers. The window size 94x200cm has the same weight and glazed area as 134x140cm window. It is the only window on the market which satisfies the requirements of DIN 5034-1 when installed in the roofs with pitches 39˚- 43˚. The window is manufactured in the topSafe system. It is equipped with an automatic air inlet V40P. The sash can be rotated for washing through 160°. Available also in PVC version.

U glazing =1.0 W/m²K

U window =1.4 W/m²K

V40P air inlet air flow rate of up to 48m³/h

Installation range: 15°- 90°

Duet high pivot window

This is also a new design on the roof window market. Two sashes are placed in one window frame. The upper sash is opened like a pivot window but the axis of rotation is situated above the centre of the window. The lower sash is non-opening and incorporates glazing unit with internal laminated pane. This window obviates the need for vertical combinations offering larger glazed area.. In standard combination, the width of joining element is 30 cm, whereas in two-sash window it is only 15 cm. This window is offered in several sizes the tallest being 250cm. It is the only window on the market satisfying the requirements of DIN 5034-1 standard as room lighting when installed in roofs with pitches 30- 43 degrees. It is equipped with an automatic air inlet V40P.

U glazing =1.0 W/m²K

U window =1.4 W/m²K

V40P air inlet airflow rate: up to 48m3/h.

Balcony window

The two-sash window, in which the upper sash is opened seamlessly over a 45-degree range in a top hung way and the lower sash slides out with side barriers. Opened sashes create a balcony in the loft. The large size of the balcony window ensures great illumination of the interior. The window is equipped with an automatic air inlet V40P, ensuring the optimal amount of fresh air in the room. Large opening angle of the upper sash and sliding out lower sash enables free access to the balcony edge. When the window is closed the barriers hide in the frame and do not protrude from the roof surface. They are concealed under window cladding elements, therefore they do not collect any dirt and do not spoil the appearance of the roof.

Solar panels

Solar panels transform solar energy into heat which can be used for heating water as well as aiding central heating systems. Solar collectors are ideal for limiting building maintenance costs and protecting the environment.

FAKRO solar panels are built into roof slope, which is an ideal solution, improving the insulating properties of the building. Solar panels are integrated with the roof by means of standard flashings, hence they perfectly merge into roof structure. SKW solar panels can be combined with FAKRO roof windows whereas SKC panels can be installed separately or joined in horizontal combinations.

SKW SOLAR PANELS

SKW solar panels can be combined with FAKRO roof windows in any configuration. Tight connection with the roof is guaranteed by standard roof window flashings. The solar panel casing made of aluminium profiles ensures strong and durable construction. A toughened prismatic pane provides high light transmittance; up to 91%. The solar panel is fixed onto rafters by means of a patented system of installation brackets which can be moved during installation to adjust them to any rafter spacing. The solar panel is connected to the solar system via two 3/4” connector pipes placed in the upper part of the panel.

Available sizes [cm]: 114x140, 114x206

Absorber area [m²]: 1.36, 2.08

The collectors are also available with a complete solar system.

Possible installation range: 15°- 90°

Recommended installation range: 30°- 60°

SKC SOLAR PANELS

Thanks to the application of special flashings for integrating with the roof slope, the SKC solar panels can be combined with one another retaining a 3cm distance between individual panels. A uniform surface achieved in this way goes well with the roofing.

Available dimensions [cm]:114x206

Absorber area: [m²]: 2.08

The collectors are also available with a complete solar system.

Possible installation range: 30°- 90°

Recommended installation range: 30°- 60°

Smoke ventilation window

A new innovative structure where smoke exhaust flap and centre-pivot window have been combined to ensure maximum effectiveness of smoke and heat extraction during fire. The upper pivoting sash can be also used for every day ventilation and the lower one opens only in case of fire. The internal movable deflectors guarantee maximum value of the effective ventilation area. They are pulled out during flap opening creating a curtain shielding the opening from lateral wind. When the window is closed, deflectors hide in special cassettes on the frame and do not spoil the roof appearance.

U glazing =1.1 W/m²K

U window =1.4 W/m²K

Installation range: 20°-60°.
