FAKRO at the International Scientific Conference Industry 4.0

FAKRO became a partner of the International Scientific Conference Industry 4.0 organized by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sącz. As part of the cooperation, Wojciech Klimek, FAKRO's Production Management Board Member, gave a lecture on automation and integration of production systems in a mixed manufacturing environment. The conference participants also visited the FAKRO headquarters, where they could see its automation in the spirit of Industry 4.0.

The conference topics included innovative manufacturing processes and systems, automation and robotics used in production, IT systems and mechatronics in production engineering.

One of the event's experts was Wojciech Klimek, representing FAKRO.

In order to effectively manage the wide range of products and meet the growing market expectations, we implement and develop elements of Industry 4.0, not only in the field of automation and robotics, but to a large extent in creating unique solutions of vertical and horizontal system integration - comments Wojciech Klimek.

In 2023, FAKRO received The Best of Industry 4.0 award. This is an award for a creative and challenge-oriented team in the area of strategic and non-standard approach to the integration of the latest technologies in production.

The International Scientific Conference Industry 4.0 took place from 20 to 22 March this year at the ANS headquarters in Nowy Sącz.
