A hotel with beautiful apartments in the attic

Heuvelrijk is a hotel built on the slopes of Berg en Dal hill very close to the German border. This quiet village with a picturesque landscape around is an ideal place to relax, while at the same time offering many opportunities for enthusiasts of hiking and cycling.

All in one place

The hotel’s location is perfect. Hills, forests, history and culture in virtually one place. Berg en Dal borders Nijmegen – the oldest city of the Netherlands. Moreover, the charming town of Groesbeek famous for wines is within walking distance. In addition to enjoying nature, you can also visit the historic and lively town centre or well-known wine spots.

Bright, warm, comfortable…

The hotel provides rooms on three levels, but those in the attic are the most beautiful. Four large apartments are equipped with highly energy-efficient FAKRO FTT/U U6 roof windows, which additionally illuminate the interior. Windows are coated with three layers of white polyurethane lacquer to create perfectly smooth surface resistant to moisture. This makes them also perfect for hotel bathrooms. The handle located at the bottom of the sash results in easy and convenient operation. Windows ensure ample natural light while retaining their high energy-efficiency. Triple-glazed units and innovative design stand behind excellent insulation performance, contributing to large thermal energy savings in winter seasons.

Comfortable accommodation

Equipping apartments with roof windows made them full of sunshine and offer fabulous views to the outside. Herringbone wooden floors and wooden structural beams give all rooms an original and natural character. A peaceful and undisturbed sleep is ensured by the ARF blackout blinds mounted on windows. Blinds are made of an elegant and decorative fabric that does not let light through, while side guide rails allow to stop them in any position, ensuring shading of the room even during a day.
