FAKRO organised on that day a conference for journalists, architects, partners and trade organisations. During the conference titled “GREENVIEW Roof Windows – New Standard for New Times”, Janusz Komurkiewicz, FAKRO Management Board Member for Marketing, presented trends in the construction industry in 2022 and emphasised the GO GREEN philosophy, in accordance with which the company’s products are designed and manufactured.
A special guest of the conference was the FAKRO Brand Ambassador, an architect Robert Konieczny who spoke about his important projects, focusing on the aspects of green design.
This year is special for the MTP Group as it was the 30th edition of the BUDMA Fair. Taking this opportunity, the Vice President of the MTP Group, Filip Bittner, presented FAKRO with a statuette of the 30th anniversary of the construction trade show. It is a unique recognition and a tribute to companies that have been exhibiting at the fair for years. What is more, FAKRO as the main sponsor of the Golden Trowel construction tournament, was pleased to watch secondary school students taking part in the competition.
A festive march of the roofers’ orchestra started at noon. The orchestra, joyfully and loudly walking through the exhibition hall, began the 20th Congress of the Polish Roofers Association. This day also involved awarding students who participated in the “Architectural Sketches – Old after New” competition. Its aim is to support the development of the most talented students of architecture and art universities as well as secondary school students.
The FAKRO stand attracted special visitors. One of them was Łukasz Grabowski, the Polish Kart Racing Champion 2020, who has been supported by FAKRO on his way to success for years.
