FAKRO at the 33rd Economic Forum in Karpacz

Karpacz once again became a venue for key debates on the future of Europe and the world. The 33rd Economic Forum brought together leaders from business, politics, and non-governmental organizations to discuss the most pressing challenges of our time. This year's forum was held under the theme "A Time for New Leaders: Shaping the Future Together," emphasizing the importance of cooperation and innovation in the context of global challenges. Key debates focused on topics such as artificial intelligence, energy transformation, and the future of medicine. FAKRO was among the Polish companies that played a significant role in these discussions.

The event gathered over 6,000 participants from around the world, including leaders from various industries, politicians, and representatives of non-governmental organizations. Paweł Dziekoński, Vice President of FAKRO, participated in the panel "Leadership in Difficult Times," where the challenges faced by business and political leaders in the face of rapidly changing economic and social conditions were discussed. The discussion focused on ways to deal with uncertainty and finding new paths for development.

Paweł Dziekoński also took part in the panel "Polish Export: Between Downturn and Seeking New Markets," organized by Rzeczpospolita, where challenges and prospects for Polish exports were discussed (link to the debate).

On the second day, Ryszard Florek, President of FAKRO, participated in the panel "Enhancing the Competitiveness of the Polish Economy." The discussion was moderated by Bożena Damasiewicz, Director of Organizational and Administrative Affairs at FAKRO. The debate focused on the importance of social capital as the foundation of economic development and cooperation between companies, as well as topics related to the Green Deal and the situation in Ukraine. The President of FAKRO was also one of the guests in interviews for media outlets such as WPROST, Goniec, Channel Zero (link to the interview), and Biznes Info.

Paweł Dziekoński participated in panels including "Morning Talks on Leadership," "Building Global Brands by Polish Entrepreneurs," and "Foreign Expansion of Companies from Central and Eastern Europe."

On the last day of the Forum, Ryszard Florek shared his knowledge and experience in the panels: "How to Build Social Capital?," "Talk on Social Capital" – link to the material, and "Dilemmas of Capitalism."

The 33rd Economic Forum in Karpacz was held from September 3 to 5 at the Conference Center - Hotel Gołębiewski.
