The European Forum for New Ideas (EFNI) is one of the largest conferences in this part of Europe, dedicated to global trends, new ideas and the future of the continent. Each year, it brings together more than a thousand participants, including leaders in business, politics, science and culture, to discuss the most important challenges facing the modern world and business. FAKRO was represented by Paweł Dziekoński, Vice President of the Management Board.
In the panel organised by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily (Legal Newspaper) entitled “Promoting the brand of the Polish economy and the SME sector as an element supporting the inflow of investments to Poland”, Paweł Dziekoński emphasised the importance of promoting Polish brands on the international arena. He pointed out how important it is to support Polish small and medium-sized enterprises in attracting foreign investments and building the competitiveness of the Polish economy.
Another debate, entitled “Business goes to court: needs, alternatives, opportunities”, dealt with instruments for resolving business disputes. Paweł Dziekoński shared FAKRO’s experience of operating in Ukraine, highlighting cooperation with the Ukrainian justice system in difficult war conditions and the effectiveness of dispute resolution through negotiation. The panellists also discussed delays in judicial reforms in Poland and their impact on access to funds from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
