FAKRO team appreciated for helping Ukraine
On February 24, 2022, Europe woke up in disbelief. It was hard to believe that a full-scale attack on an independent European state is possible. Once again, politics forced us to live in a new reality. Since the beginning of the war, FAKRO has been helping Ukrainian citizens. One year after the Russian attack, the company received the award for the best pro-social program - FAKRO helps Ukraine.
FAKRO together with the Foundation Think about the Future is constantly involved in aid activities. Together with partners, we have sent 11 humanitarian convoys (29 trucks). FAKRO was supported by its business partners, including those from abroad as well as by companies from the region. Thanks to the cooperation of many companies and organizations, vital help was provided for those who needed it the most. Over 200 guests were provided with safe accommodation. The total value of the support was exactly PLN 3,097036. The message about the importance of helping those in need went to over 2 million recipients.

On February 23 this year, during the Carpentry Congress in Gniew, Paweł Kołbon received the award for the CSR program - "FAKRO helps Ukraine".

Congratulations on the award and we hope that it will not only be a source of recognition and satisfaction for the company, but also motivation to continue implementing social responsibility in business.
This is not the end of our aid activities. Everything we do for Ukraine results from a deep belief that this is our duty. This idea guides the whole team involved in the "FAKRO helps Ukraine" project. I am glad that I have the opportunity to work with people ready for any challenges. This is the strength of FAKROteam.
