FAKRO has become the winner of the first edition of the prestigious Kotler Awards Poland 2024 in Europe, in the Impact Brand category.
The Philip Kotler Award, recognized as one of the most important honors in the world of marketing, has a broader significance—it is a symbol of innovation, social responsibility, effective management, and building relationships with partners worldwide.
These awards, named after Professor Philip Kotler, known as the "father of modern marketing," celebrate companies that create innovative value for customers and achieve excellent business results through effective marketing actions.
FAKRO’s products are present in over 60 countries worldwide. The company, based in Nowy Sącz, has an extensive production and distribution network. In Poland and international markets, diverse marketing and PR campaigns are carried out, aligned with the company’s strategy and the specifics of each market. The award ceremony took place on October 17, 2024, during the European Forum for New Ideas (EFNI) in Sopot. Paweł Dziekoński, Vice President of the Management Board, accepted the Philip Kotler Award in the Impact Brand category: The Prof. Philip Kotler Award in the Impact Brand category is not only a recognition of the effectiveness of our marketing efforts but also proof that the values we build based on innovation, social responsibility, and global cooperation are appreciated on the international stage.
The gala was preceded by a discussion panel at EFNI titled "How to Build Polish Brands That Conquer the World?" moderated by Magdalena Krukowska (Forbes Poland). Entrepreneurs and experts shared their knowledge and experience regarding the development of Polish brands on the global stage. The discussion covered key issues such as strategies for building international brand presence, innovative marketing approaches, the use of technology, and examples of Polish companies' successes in foreign markets.
The Kotler Awards Poland include 11 competitive categories and 3 honorary categories.
The international jury consisted of leading experts in marketing and management, academics, top economic journalists, and high-level professionals, including Prof. Andrzej Blikle, Dr. Eng. Jacek Kotarbiński, Adam Kurasiński, Prof. Dominika Maison, Tomasz Marszałł, Dr. Hab. Barbara Mróz-Gorgoń, Dr. Adam Oleksiuk, Mariusz Soltanifar, editor Jacek Szlak, Agnieszka Maciejowska, and Prof. Jolanta Tkaczyk.
