Paweł Dziekoński as a speaker at the European Forum for New Ideas 2023

The European Forum for New Ideas took place once again in Sopot. During the panel Shaping Europe: giving EU companies all the tools to become global players, Paweł Dziekoński, Vice President of FAKRO, spoke about the situation of Polish companies. The European Forum for New Ideas is one of the biggest events in this part of Europe, during which issues concerning trends in the global economy and the future shape of the EU are discussed.

During panels and open meetings, entrepreneurs, politicians, speakers and leaders from various sectors as well as representatives of the world of culture and science, discuss challenges for modern business and societies in an ever-changing world. The aim of this event is to inspire entrepreneurs and build a common business voice in the debate on the future of Poland and Europe. Issues related to the need to create strong companies operating in global markets are actively addressed by Ryszard Florek, President of FAKRO and founder of the Think of the Future Foundation.

Paweł Dziekoński shared important thoughts regarding the European business market. He recalled the challenges faced by Polish entrepreneurs. Dziekoński also highlighted the role of social capital and business development and the need to resolve disputes through dialogue. All of these issues affect our ability to compete in global markets.

The panel Shaping Europe: Give EU companies all the tools to become global players was also attended by: Markus J. Beyrer, Director General of BusinessEurope, Kamila Sotomska, LL.M., Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers, Stefano Mallia, President of EESC Employers’ Group.

The event was held between 11-13 October in Sopot.
