Customer service

The FAKRO Sales Department accept orders for roof windows and other products from FAKRO’s wide range of products. An order can be sent via phone, fax or e-mail and is processed in accordance with our normal terms and conditions. Similarly with orders for non-standard products.

Our Research and Development Department is responsible for developing non-standard project solutions. Costs and designs must be accepted by the customer before manufacture can begin. The order processing time for non-standard orders is taken from the date a 40% deposit is received for such orders.

FAKRO provides product support and servicing under the applicable service terms.

To maintain the quality of services associated with the installation of roof windows and accessories, FAKRO conducts training sessions for roofing contractors on site and also organises periodic training sessions at the company headquarters.

	Selected roof windows are covered by a 10-year guarantee
	Selected roof escape are covered by a 5-year guarantee
	Selected loft ladders are covered by a 3-year guarantee
	Eligible toughened glazing is covered against hail damage for an unlimited period, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
	Subject to the applicable guarantee terms Guarantee certificates are issued on request

Roof windows

Every window has an identification label, which is located in the top right corner of the sash. The identification label enables easy product identification and has details of product type, dimensions and production code.
